Reprogram and Rehabilitation Plan

• After a 90-minute hearing assessment, we will reprogramme your existing devices, using different prescription methods to ensure a perfect initial fit. We will then meet again during a 60-day adaptation period where we can tweak and fine-tune your device’s settings to ensure the best possible results.

• After your consultation, our 14-day trial will ensure that your hearing device is the perfect match for you and your lifestyle. After the trial period is up, we will review your results and make any changes needed to your hearing device plan.

To ensure the best possible results for your individual hearing needs, all hearing aid fittings are on a 60-day money-back trial basis. Our prices include the initial fitting appointment, two-weekly follow-up appointments during the initial 60-day trial and any further appointments during the first six months of using your new hearing device. These appointments T&C applies at a total of £395.
